As Client Manager, Tahir is the first port-of-call for his customers, making sure they’re happy and their IT is running smoothly.

Background
He spent 2 years on the Helpdesk at projectfive, before moving into the Client Delivery team. He previously worked on a joint helpdesk for Hampshire Constabulary and Thames Valley Police for 4 and half years, followed by 4 years at Sally Europe, as a senior service desk analyst.
