As a member of the HelpDesk team, Andy is the first port-of-call for customers when they have IT issues that need fixing.

Background
He started working life in Insurance and then made the switch to IT. He has spent the last several years working for an IT Solutions provider with a very diverse customer base including Law firms, Schools, Councils and Prisons!
