When you design a Form you can now provide two ways respondents can make a copy of their responses to a form.
How will this effect you and your organisation?
When you design a form and you turn on confirmation emails in settings, Forms will send a confirmation email to in-tenant respondents who have completed the form. That email contains a link which allows the respondent to print a copy of their responses.
When you enable confirmation emails it adds a Print/Download option for all respondents on the ‘Thank you’ page they see after completing the form.
