We’ve long been fans of the Microsoft To Do app, so we are really excited to hear that they are planning to roll out an update (end of July) which will support list sharing across work and personal accounts.
This means that you no longer have to have multiple list in different places – it’s all under one roof (or app!).
Simply open the app, sign in using your Microsoft account and select New list in the bottom left corner.
Name your list and add as many lists as you need; work and personal.
Once you’ve added tasks to a list, you can share it with friends and family (where appropriate!). Click the sharing icon in the top right and it will allow you to select create an invitation link.
Then select Copy link.
You can now paste and share that link in your chosen messaging app.
The mobile app
Using the To Do mobile app makes things even easier! Your lists will sync directly from the desktop app, which means you can carry on being productive wherever you go!
