Another newbie at projectfive! This morning we welcome Gemma to the team.
She joins us as our new Helpdesk and Office Manager – with the scary task of organising our Support Teams. But, before she gets too carried away, she’ll be working closely with Sarah to complete the final stages of implementing our new CSdb (Customer Service database) – all ready for a 1st January go-live!
Gemma has previously worked as a Support Analyst at Sage, so knows the job that our Support Teams have to do. And, following her time at Sage, she worked as a Business Analyst for Virgin Active.
It’s a really exciting time for Gemma to join us – the Berlin Wall fell a few weeks ago, and the office is in semi-chaos whilst we sort out where everyone is going to sit, and which walls we should paint orange. So, perfect timing for her to stamp her mark on the support teams and get them properly organised (or, for now, they’ll settle for somewhere to sit!).
And, to think, Gemma only came to her interview with us on Friday – and now she’s sat at her new desk – what a whirlwind start!
