Outsourcing Briefing for Senior Management

Outsourcing Briefing for Senior Management

Outsourcing Briefing

projectfive are pleased to be working with our friends at Baker Tilly, Standard Life, Decherts and Harrison Rose to bring an executive briefing to Senior Management of local companies in Surrey and Central London on the benefits and processes associated with entering into an outsourcing agreement.

While outsourcing can facilitate cost reduction and improve efficiency, if you’re considering outsourcing you need to be clear as to the goals, benefits, risks and potential costs associated with such an initiative. The development and implementation of an outsourcing option presents a number of commercial, practical and legal issues that need to be addressed effectively if an outsourcing process is to be properly planned and executed.

In these briefings, designed for senior management and those responsible for the financial and operational aspects of their businesses, a variety of specialist speakers will examine the commercial, legal and practical issues associated with the outsourcing process.

In a series of short, practical presentations, followed by a Q&A session and time for networking with our speakers and other attendees, our panel will address a range of concerns, including human resources, IT, benefits, legal issues, and financial and business processes.

The briefings take place on the 18th May in London, and 2nd June in Woking.
