Dissolution Services for a major Accountancy firm
Project Five has been working with a former 'big 5' accountancy firm in supporting them through their time in dissolution. Understanding their complex IT systems and ensuring access to all the historical data they may need - whilst being on hand to provide expert consultancy at every step.
Internet Cafe in a muddy field
120 PCs connected to the Internet in a big tent in the middle of a field at a major european 'festival-type' event was certainly a challenge - but we got everything working as it should and people were checking their emails all weekend.
Forensic investigation and data recovery
We have spent the last three years recovering data to be used for evidence in a series of major investigations, both in the UK and America. Obviously, we can't go into detail - but the scope of work has been immense!
VIP support - taking technology support to a new level
We were asked to provide consultancy to a firm in the City who were setting up a private members club and wanted to employ the latest technology - and ensure that their VIP clientele were fully supported by top-class 'techno-butlers'.
office refurbishments and moves
We have completed numerous office moves over the last year - from the simple one where it was just a case of repositioning all the PCs, desks and printers overnight, to a more complex refurbishment involving the laying of CAT5 ethernet cabling from server room to desktop.

Again - numerous examples over the last year - from helpdesk and CRM implementation to RFID tracking systems all linked to a central database.
Massive PC upgrade across the UK
One of our first assignments, many years ago, was the rollout of Windows 2000 to nearly 8,500 PCs across 17 offices throughout the UK. Since then we've completed similar exercises with numbers varying right down to 10 PCs.
