PC Support - medium business

Outsource or Insource?

The argument rages – if you take care of things in-house, then you’ve got control, and resources on tap.  But, outsourcing can save money, and give access to a greater pool of knowledge.  The argument can lean either way, depending on your point of view.  But, if you could outsource to someone who shares the passion and dedication that you want from your own employees - but saves you money and has a greater ‘strength in depth’ than you can manage yourself - yet you still remain on first name terms, then that’s got to be worth thinking about?

Do you remember the days when you waited until your staff went home, and then worked your way around the office applying software updates to everyone’s PCs?  It was good to stay hands-on, but you didn’t get to have dinner with your family.  Wouldn’t it be nice to still be hands-on, but get a company like projectfive to take care of the leg work for you?  You won’t feel like you are losing all your knowledge to outside your organisation – but you will get to see the kids more often!
